Need a grilled chicken marinade..

I want a yummy low carb versatile chicken marinade that could work for chicken chopped up in a salad or on it's own over a bed of greens, etc

I use Ken's Light Italian salad dressing for marinating my chicken. 1 G of carb. They make regular Italian and Rustic Italian. I prefer the Rustic Italian as it is more zesty.

Also, when I go shopping I sort all chicken breasts into individual zip-loc bags with the marinade and toss them in the freezer. The night before I take a frozen breast down and let it frost and marinate at the same time in the fridge. When I get home, It's ready for me to broil or grill.

How about a curry powder? If your tastes go that way Chicken salad made with chicken pan sauteed with McCormicks red curry powder (just dust the chicken breast with the curry powder, salt and pepper and saute in olive oil) is excellent
