Best Low Carb Cookbooks

I have bought a few LC cookbooks since beginning this journey but finally have found 2 that I love.

500 Low-Carb Recipes by Dana Carpender copyright 2002

The Low Carb Cookbook by Fran McCulloug copyright 1997

I don't really care to cook but these 2 books and several recipes I have found on this BB are really motivating me to cook. My family is really enjoying the new variety.

Now if I could only find the motivation to exercise. LOL

I just ordered Dana Carpender's cookbook from Amazon! Didn't want to spend too much money on cookbooks so I deliberated between several LC cookbooks with good reviews and finally decided on this one. Can't wait to get it!

I just ordered the book also. I purchased Everyday Low Carb Cooking by: Alex Hass. I love the food, great cookbook and they both got top notch reviews at Amazon.

I ordered Dana Carpenders off Amazon too but I got Fran McCullough off ebay for $8.00 including S&H. Great find.

She has a chapter on how to organize your low carb kitchen. Both are great books.

Tonight we are trying Dana's clam chowder recipe. Yummy!!
