what to do with my mountain bread?

ok i heard about the CHATILA'S BAKERY and placed an order i got pita and mountain bread and wondered if anyone had suggestions for fillers?

Mountain bread makes great breakfast tacos(scramble egg, sausage and cheese and roll) and wrap sandwiches(ham, cheese, veggies and roll)...you can also cut it into strips and microwave until crips(just about 1 minute)and it makes a great 'chip' for salsa

You can divide your mountain bread into 4 squares. Use each square as a soft taco shell, or use 2 squares as a bun for your burger or your hotdog. You can also make quesadillas but watch them closely as they brown fast.
