These look good Kent!
I made the Chicken Cordon Bleu yesterday. Just a tad salty to me but still good. I will cut out the salt the next time. ;]

Sausage Casserole looks interesting. Now I need to try to find a Jamaica ;]

Kent, That pie looks really good. Question for you... Are you using Quick Sweet for the sweetner. If so, then 1 cup =24 drops? Thanks. I just got mine, but was unsure of the drops per sweetness. Thanks, Julie,

I am using just a generic liquid sucralose that I bought from Ebay seller nearly 2 years ago, but I believe it to be the same concentration as EZSweetz or Sweetzfree, i.e. 1 drop equals 1.5-2 tsp or 24 drops equal one cup. I depend upon the Splenda conversion chart at Linda's Low Carb to do the math for me. (Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Splenda Conversion Chart)

thank you Janet You could use more lemon extract if you'd like or you could use orange extract or banana extract instead...you can tweak the recipe as you like

Jamie, I like to use the dressing from your recipe for coleslaw and instead of the cabbage, I use 'broccoli slaw'. Really good!!

Did you use a combination of these flours or just one? They look good

Hi, I used a combination of coconut and almond flours...the rate doesn't matter. Hazelnut flour may be too bitter so go easy on it.
