Thanks so much, tinatina! I am not a chicken fan, but I fell in love with that dish. I just keep adding things until I like it!

Kent, are the recipes for the above posted somewhere? These look awesome. I can see that you are using oopsie rolls for your biscuits and cinnamon roll. Also, Congrats on being at goal weight. You must have survived the storm/blizzard too.

They are all posted on Youtube. The recipe I use for the Revolution Rolls is the original one posted on another forum site. It dated back to 2003 or 2004.

Cinnabon video will be posted later tonight.

vli-- The oopsie rolls are pretty new. I didn't come up with the faux pas until 2008. I like them better than the revolution rolls, but everyone has their preference! It makes the world a more exciting, dynamic place.

BTW, the video for the oopsie rolls is here: Viddler.com - Oopsie Roll! - Uploaded by avenuegirl

Hey Kent, I just checked out your video for swedish meatballs. They look fantastic. I was wondering what you think about using a little coconut flour instead of carbquick as the binder?
By the way, I love your videos!

I have never used coconut flour as a binder, but I have received reports that flax meal works as well. If I didn't have carbquik, I would have used Xanthan gum, and if I didn't have either one of those, I would have used the egg and cream method I used in the biscuits and gravy.

Meatghetti: Primal (just nix the sauce, veg and cheese), induction friendly and filling. I put the recipe in this forum, but it's also on my blog:

I think they're all on the board here except the butternut squash soup, which I recently (finally) actually wrote down!

I'm in the middle of some kitchen chores but will come back later and link to them all, and post the soup, OK??
