Sorry everybody I've sewing 250 christmas stockigs for foster children. My way of giving back. So cinnamon rolls.

Cinnamon Rolls

3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons canola oil
2 1/2 cups of Kevinpa's cookie & cake flour mix [ carquik ]
1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 package rapid rise yeast
1 splenda quik pack or 1 cup of sweetner of your choice to amount 1 cup

put everything in order in your bread machine , on dough cycle, when kneading is done take out of machine . Roll dough into rectangle spread enough butter to cover thickly & cinnamon , then roll up on long side and seal all the way down. Cut into 12 peices , place into 9x13 inch pan and let rise untill as large as you want. Bake at 350 for about 35 miuntes.

Enjoy!!!!!

They freeze well.

I think you could use carbalose cake & cookie flour mix. Also it can be done by hand the way kevinpa does it.

I just can't anymore doing chemo as I still am.

Now for the bread.
All it is Kevinpa carb quik bread on the simple white bread thread. The only thing I change was 1 Tablespoon of sugar becase I think it needs a lot more to feed the yeast.

Enjoy Esther!!!!!

Ever since I was a kid, I've been a cloud watcher to find "pictures" in them-you know animals, angels, flowers, etc. I also do that with floor patterns, wall patterns, different things. ANYWAY, Cleo, don't take this the wrong way PLEASE, and the picture of your roast looks delicious, but I see an alligator with a skinny duck (or goose) either going in or coming out of it's mouth!

Wish I had been there to have a bite.

Carole

Cleo, What is in the bottom crock pot picture? Oh, do you have a newer crock pot? I bought a new 5 qt crock pot a year ago and hate it. On low, it boils ARGH I emailed the company and asked about it, they said that the FDA or some gov't agency mandated that all crock pots cook at a certain temperature on low to avoid food poisoning. Funny thing, I have never gotten food poisoning before when using my old crock pot.

I have two separate crock pots. One is newer (3 bowls) and one is older (the dark pot). I love both for different reasons!

I have never had issues with either crock pot. I use the wider one for wider meats and the bowls for casseroles, soups, stews and dips.
