Yep, that is where I found the recipe. About the only thing I use ginger for is Jennifer's Teriyaki Stirfry recipe. For the potstickers, I am partial to topping with a little additional soy sauce.

LC Turkey & Cheese wrap on a La Tortilla basil and sun dried tomato wrap. I mixed up some cream cheese, heavy cream, dehydrated onion, minced chives, a dash of worchestershire sauce, a couple good shakes of season salt, and some black pepper. Was a little too oniony...I was trying to recreate the chive cream cheese I buy at the store. But still really tasty! I'm so proud of myself, I never make anything fancy like this.

Looks Yummy !!!

Mine are all at my blog. It's just easier or else I lose them, and Lawd knows I have to keep printing out recipes every time I lose one.

Thanks Cleo. I will check your blog. Haven't been there for awhile, guess it's about time I do!
There are a lot of awesome cooks on this site and everything looks sooooo good!
I just wish that I wasn't just cooking for myself since I tend to eat the entire batch of whatever I fix.

Chinese beef broccoli

1029101712-01.jpg

I got this recipe from the Chinese Brown Gravy thread. It was DELICIOUS! Used Xanthan gum in the sauce and half the amount of cornstarch in the marinade. DH said it tastes like I picked it up from the Chinese restaurant. My carb totals were around 6 per serving.

It's that pumpkinny time of year, so I made little pumpkin cheesecakes. I've never actually eaten any kind of pumpkin before. Even pumpkin pie!
