I usually get the IsoPure Low Carb Dutch Chocolate for my husband's shakes. I throw in some heavy cream and DaVinci's chocolate syrup and he swears it tastes just like chocolate milk.

For myself, I get the IsoPure Zero Carb Vanilla.

I like Designer Whey natural. I use it for both baking and shakes. It has a very "clean" taste and no aftertaste in baking. I traumatized my poor sister when I would make her taste recipes made w the Wal-mart brand lol. Oh, the designer whey is also very affordable.

Any brand/advice would be appreciated.

I'm sure if I did a search I would find Dobie muffins, do you still make them?

Here's what I like about it:

1) Tastes great
2) Not too expensive
3) Uses only sucarlose (Splenda) and no Ace-K or aspartame. I'm wary of Ace-K and I don't believe one should bake with aspartame as it is not heat stable.
4) It is combination of concentrates, isolates and hydrolyzed whey protein. I once bought something that was just made from whey concentrates - ugh, what a horrible mistake!

A quick check on Netrition says they no longer carry Pro Blend 55.
