People are going to start thinking I get a commission or something from the Keto Company, however, I still keep pushing the Keto Crumbs. Before lc my favorite thing in the world was shake & bake chicken thighs. I get the plain keto crumbs, season them and deep fry the chicken. It couldn' t be any closer to the real thing!

I have never used protein powder in anything. Is there a purpose for it besides the protein it adds? Is there something in particular I am looking for or will the package merely say "protein powder"??

Niki, protein powder is made from plain whey or soy. It's usually sweetened and flavored so it can be added to liquid for a "protein shake". But you can find the powder that doesn't have the extras added--usually in a health food store or a specialized grocery store like Whole Foods, or else on line. If the recipe is for something sweet anyway, it's usually ok to use the protein shake mix instead of the pure protein powder; I don't think I'd roll chicken in it, though.
