Simple Syrup

Can you make a simple syrup with xylitol or erythritol?

The answer is basically, yes & no. Yes you can, but.... It will recrystallize very quickly.

Someone may have come up with a way to prevent this, by adding something like not/starch. I'm not sure. Maybe you'll get other answers.

Davinci makes a plain simple SF syrup. Netrition sells it. Lots easier than trying to make it from scratch.
