Oopsie Bread Recipe

I have heard about an "Oopsie Bread" that is supposed to be awesome and low carb - however, I cannot locate the recipe. Can anyone direct me to the recipe?

There are several threads relating to the oopsies - if you type that word into the search, you will get quite a lot of results

I made these yesterday for the first time. The first time, they came out kind flat, and I had them in a jelly roll pan. I just cut them up and bagged them. The second ones I made, I added 1/2 scoop of protein powder to the yolk mixture, and put them in my muffin top pans. Made perfect hamburger buns. The ones that went flat, I put a piece of cheese on them this morning, put them into micro for 30 sec. and had the best "kinda omelette" Really good for on the go.
