Headed to the cabinet to see if I have dill. Great recipe!

And very timely. I'm sitting here with a 14.75 oz. can Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon, did a search for salmon patties and found your recipe!

I'm going to use some flax meal instead of popcorn flour. Thank you for sharing.
I'd like to know how the patties turned out with the flax coating. Sounds good to me!

I LOVE salmon patties. Made a boatload and took them to work for lunch and heated in the common kitchen micro.
.....I was asked never to do that again.
Guess salmon is not the favorite office smell. I offered to SHARE!!

oops - i forgot i posted this earlier in another thread, sorry about that...

Hope you don't mind me reviving an old thread, but I just made some salmon patties that were really good.

1 14.75 ounce can salmon, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (from a can - maybe I used a bit more)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs

I beat the eggs first, then added the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Finally added in the drained salmon, including bones. I melted a bit of butter in a frying pan, then fried them on medium-high, turning once.

I got a whole bunch of the cans at the salvage grocery store for 99 cents each so this is really a bargain 2 meals for me.
