I made bikerAngs Socca l and I really like it. It could be a good base for pizza. I might try it tomorrow night.

I use garbanzo flour with flaxseed and parmesan to make crackers. they taste better to me than just the flax and parmesan - more traditional cracker taste. Just don't let brown too much, as I did to my last batch (which had sundried tomatoes in them - not so good burnt!).
