I'm not Alyce, but......

First go to the blue toolbar, and click on User Control Panel.
On the left side of the page, click on Edit Signature (you might be able to click the Edit Signature here, and get there)
Type (or copy) your text into the box, then click Save Signature near the bottom of the page.

Hope this helps.

1/2 c (4oz) Greek Yogurt (I used Fage)
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 c mixed frozen no sugar added berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberrie, and strawberries)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
5 drops liquid splenda
Note: may need additional sweetener depending upon the sweetness of your berries

Blend well. It will give your blender a work out!

It comes out nice and thick, that you need to eat it with a spoon.

I make this every morning for breakfast and add ice to it. Needless to say, I am full, which is good. Then head out to the gym. Now have to find something as filling and with as much protein and calcium for winter that is not so chilly. Suggestions?

Here is my easy peasy recipie that I have been using since end of June. I have been so busy and this is great for me.
1 - Atkins Mocha Latte shake
1 - packet of Folgers Instant Coffee crystals
1 - tbsp of HWC
2 - oz of Philly Cream Cheese ( I suggest Philly b/c value brands in my opinion lack the flavor needed)
4 - cubes of ice

I have a Hamilton Beach 1 serving blender (very convenient). Put the ice cubes, Atkins shake, HWC and Folgers in. Pulse to crush up the ice really good. After about 2 minutes the resuly will look (and smell) like a yummy frappe. Now add in the Philly cream cheese. Blend for 2 more minutes or until smooth. The consistencey is truly shake like (think spoonable). Enjoy!

NOTE: some people may want to add a packet of their preferred sweetner BUT taste it fist to see. I like the sweetness level fine w/o the sweetner. :-)

Has anyone tried the Prograde LowCarb protein powder? I'm tempted but I've had so many failed experiments with protein powders. Really Jay Robb is the only one I like.

This has the consistency of a thick chocolate milkshake. It makes enough for 2 people to share but I usually drink it all myself!
There's basically nothing in here except the milk !
There are no "ingredients", just fillers.
  • mocha. 7 oz. unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze,
  • 1 oz. heavy cream,

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
  • 1 teaspoon Thicken Thin Not/Sugar or Not/Starch

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbl hershey dark cocoa powder
3 tbl heavy cream
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
8-10 ice cubs (regular square ones)
Enough water to make it move in the blender (about 1/2-3/4 cup)

Yesterday I made this one...I am trying to find a shake My Loving Spouse will like. At least he is willing to taste it!!!
I put it in an insulated glass with a lid and put it in the frig yesterday when I first made it...2 hours later, it was still crunchy with ice-cubed coffee that I had used.....SO DELICIOUS!

...so a few tweaks today...1T. chocolate + 1T PB2 + a couple shakes of NuSalt...I put all the dry ingredients in a small bowl and combine them first before I add it to the liquids....then I add the ice.

I don't have xanthan gum right now so am subbing Guar Gum instead.

Since we live on Galveston Island, TX...the need for cool, yummy drinks is frequent....

THANK YOU!!!
