Another LC Flax Seed Bread Recipe

Hi

I thought I would post this...Have to give credit for this to all my friends off of Stella Style..I made this when I first stared LC and now just found it again...

Low carb Flax bread recipe

2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Cup milled flax or some blend of flours
2 Pack of Splenda or a couple of drops of Liquid Splenda or Stevia
1 tsp of ACV or any vinegar you want
1/8 tsp salt

Mix very will spray 2 cup corning ware baking dish with Pam. Microwave on High for 3 min or until dried out. Cut into 4 slices and let cool on rack

241 per slice
12 carbs
11 fiber
12 protein

Great for getting ACV in and some fiber too!

If this is a repost...sorry..I didnt see it..

HUGS!
Christina

Thanks, Christina. I'm always looking for new low-carb bread recipes that are also gluten-free, and this one looks very interesting. I may try it using a half-and-half mix of golden flaxseed and almond flour.

You are welcome Nadine...that works too because I have done it before and I like it that way...what I do is take the 4 slices and put them in a zip lock bag and then toast them a little in my toaster oven to eat with Breakfast or a Sandwich..

HUGS!

Great! I'm glad I mentioned it. It's so nice to know that someone has already done the research on it for me.
