I made one tonight, minus the pumpkin, and added sour cream. OMG, it is the bomb!!!

I used
3 pks light cream cheese
1 c sour cream
1/4 c heavy cream
1/8 splenda (use more if you like a sweeter taste)
1 tsp vanilla

Crust was
1 c almonds
1 c pecans
ground up ( I used my coffee bean grinder)
1tsp Splenda
1tsp cinnamon

This was super creamy and yummy!!

Do you think this filling would make for nice clouds?

Where you put it into a pastry bag and pipe it out into little kiss shaped blobs? will the consistency before being refrigerated work for that?

I'm inducting so have to skip the crust and was thinking of making cream cheese clouds.

sure looks great.

a bit too complicated for me. i am sure it is just as delicious as the low carb cheesecake that i buy. ($13.00 for an 8 portion cheesecake. just as good as Juniors & CHEAPER). Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

this was actually really easy. Well, I skipped the crust, and well I only made half a batch, and piped them into mounds that are chilling in the freezer.

But really just put everything in the bowl and blend, add cream and whip the heck out of it, pour. ( or pipe)

I used only 1/4c equivalent of sweetness and 3 Teaspoons of pumpkins spice. I also wanted it to be more pumpkiny, but I only had half a can and wanted to try the original recipe before tweaking. It's awfully light for a cream cheese recipe. I'm gonna freeze them solid and have them as clouds.

They are not very sweet, but just the right flavor, I just got an idea. I think after these are frozen solid, I might take each one, poke a toothpick in the bottom , and dip it in cocoa bark for a chocolate shell . Since I can't have the nut crust, I have to make it decadent somehow!
