WOE: Low carb - nothing specific

My recipe came out great - everyone loved them - they really did not taste of peanut at all which was slightly dissapointing but still yum - I could not imagine using the whole 2/3 c worth of sweetener though - I may cut it down even more next time.
My 5 yr old son at 1 warm out of the oven and another a few hours later. my little ones can be picky so it was a good recipe!

Copy and pasted this recipe in a Word document and I am going to try them after next payday - maybe this weekend. I'll let everyone know how they turn out.

Made these last night as in the original post and they are very good. I ate way too many already so I will not be making these often! I used almond flour, Nevada Manna sugar-free mini chocolate chips and about 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. They are quite "cake-like" rather than like a cookie bar, so I wonder if cutting out an egg would help them be more cookie like. Might try that next time. Oh, and I did not need to freeze the Nevada Manna chocolate chips. They remained intact after baking even though they were at room temperature.

Carolyn, I found a recipe you posted and did not save it. It began with SF instant vanilla pudding and splenda. I cannot remember the rest. Will you please repost that recipe? Thanks
