i am not a coffee drinker either, but i freeze about a 1/4 cup and mix in the chocolate shake, and it gives it a very good taste for morning---just a little, not strong

Just made the most wonderful egg cream for dinner!!

( I know early dinner but about to head out to football game!)

Banana Pudding Egg cream

1/2 cup egg beaters (or two eggs)
1/4 cup HWC
1 t. banana extract
1 t. vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use pure protein)
ice
a splash of water

Put all ingredients in magic bullet cup and let blend about 30 seconds.
Taste just like banana pudding!!

My morning egg cream...

xtra strong cold tea
1 1/2 tsp of HWC
1 TBSP CO
3 heaping little spoons of stevia
2 egg yolks

(why egg yolks instead of the whole egg? read cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html )
Ummmmm.... The Incredible, Edible Egg Yolk

Blend with my Ninja until the CO is pretty much disolved. Drink and enjoy...

I'm currently crazy about my cherry cola egg cream:

2-3 organic cage-free eggs
splash of hwc
1/2 packed of cherry jello
1/4 tsp. xantan gum
1 can of coke zero (very cold)

Blend eggs, xantan and cream with stick blender until frothy. Add jello dissolved in a small amount of hot water. Pour half of the mix on glass, add coke, add other half of egg mix.

Enjoy!

I drool over strawberry banana jell-o, so I've been making this egg cream frequently since starting this egg fast:

2-3 organic cage-free eggs
hwc
Strawberry-banana jello, to taste
1/4 tsp. xantan gum

Blend eggs, xantan and a splash of cream with stick blender until frothy. Add jello dissolved in a small amount of hot water - to taste, depends on how sweet you like it. Then add more cream, almond milk or coconut milk to fill your glass. It's very filling and tasty

I guess this would be good with orange or pineapple jell-o too

I found another one in another thread I wanted to add:

Sheila's Easy Breakfast Shake
(6 total carbs)
3-oz. cube cream cheese
½ cup pasteurized eggs (Use raw eggs at own risk.)
¼ cup heavy cream
1 T sugar-free syrup - any brand, any flavor!
4 ice cubes
Blend 30 seconds - ice cubes last - and enjoy!

I still love them. My favorite is without protein powder. Mine is

I fill one of the larger mugs for my magic bullet at least half way with canned coconut milk. (I ever shake the can and buy the one that sounds less jiggly which means it will be thicker) toss in about 5 frozen strawberries, two eggs, sweetener to taste, a tsp or so vanilla, and a bit of hwc. I mix till I do not hear any more noise from the frozen strawberries. Sometimes I might add about 1/2 tsp guar gum because it makes it more pudding like than slimy which is what I think xanthum gum does. I don't always add it though.

Love this so much

do you find you lose better on egg creams? or is this just for adding protein to your diet?

Of course. But also depends on what you add. Bananas would not be a good choice for example

I just got a Nutri-bullet and need to make "nutri-blasts" with less fruit and are lower in carbs. Some great ideas here - thank you! I wonder how some greens would be mixed up with the egg creams. That is one of my main purposes for buying the nutri-bullet - to get more veggies into my body. I'll let you know after I try!
