fajita seasoning?

I remember a fajita seasoning recipe once upon a time. I wrote it down and I have used it, but now I can't find it. Does anyone have this or point me in the right direction? Thanks, guys!

How weird -- I actually have this fajita recipe (not low carb, you'll need to tweak) from RecipeZaar up in my browser! I've never made this, by the way:


1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon crushed chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Approximately 2 tablespoons equals 1 store-bought seasoning packet.

I found this one online--I haven't tried it yet, but it says reminiscent of taco bell.

Chicken Fajita Seasoning Ingredients

1 [COLOR=#0066cc]tea[/COLOR]spoon ThickenThin not/Starch
1/2 teaspoon [COLOR=#0066cc]Onion powder[/COLOR]
2 teaspoons [COLOR=#0066cc]Chili powder[/COLOR]
1/4 teaspoon [COLOR=#0066cc]Garlic[/COLOR] powder
1 teaspoon [COLOR=#0066cc]Salt[/COLOR]
1/4 teaspoon [COLOR=#0066cc]Cayenne[/COLOR] pepper
1 teaspoon [COLOR=#0066cc]Splenda[/COLOR]
1/4 teaspoon Ground [COLOR=#0066cc]cumin[/COLOR]
3/4 teaspoon Beef [COLOR=#0066cc]bouillon[/COLOR] granules

Instructions for Chicken Fajita Seasoning

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

Per Serving: 6 Calories; trace Fat (27.1% calories from fat); trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 488mg Sodium.

Makes enough to season 1 pound of chicken plus veggies- onion and bell pepper strips.
