Looking for a Buffalo Wings hot sauce recipe

I'm going out to buy a deep fryer today - I'm looking for any tips for hot wings and a recipe for the hot sauce....isn't there one with butter or something?

I looked in the recipe room, but the search engine wouldn't work

TIA

I think most of us just use the one on the side of the Frank's RedHot sauce bottle.

1/2 cup Frank's redhot sauce
1/3 cup melted butter

combine the two. Either dip fried wings in sauce to coat or put wings in a covered bowl or zip lock bag and toss with the sauce. Makes enough to coat about 2-2 1/2 lb wings.

The amount of hot sauce can be adjusted depending on how hot you like your wings.

You're gonna love your new deep fryer!

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce or Cayenne sauce
dash pepper
dash garlic powder

Combine ingredients and heat in a saucepan until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended. Toss with your fried wings.

You can nuke this easily in a big glass bowl, then put the wings in and toss. Less cleanup this way!

Thanks everyone!

I used that recipe with the butter and the Franks Hot Sauce, and we devoured those wings!

Really, REALLY good

6 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
1/2 cup margarine, not butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar (twin)
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

I love "Hot" wings and this recipe is great. I have not found one even close to it.
