Add half of an avocado, a few strawberries and a couple drops of liquid splenda to 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein. Blend, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Delicious frozen milk shake.

I have this huge container of ice cream flavor whey I bought years ago and also the syntrax fuzzy navel that everyone but me seems to love? I hope to find some recipes to help me get rid of those containers too--I do like the designer whey in chocolate for shakes but that is the only one I have found so far that I can tolerate--so I am watching and thanking everybody for the things in this thread!!

My favorite snack ever...
PB protein balls

3/4 c. PB
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
1/2 c. Splenda
1/4 c. water
1/2 capful vanilla

Mix all together until gets to cookie dough-like consistency. Roll into balls and stick in freezer. You have to keep them in the freezer; they don't completely freeze, just stay cold and formed. If you stick them in fridge, they get way too soft.

Tastes like PB/chocolate fudge. Sooo good.

Make that two of us. I bought some b/c everyone I had heard talk about it seemed to love it. I thought it was very chemical-ish in flavor. Very . I ended up tossing it which made me very sad. I do, however, love the Syntrax brand nectar sweets flavors of PP in vanilla bean and chocolate truffle. They're both zero carb and yummy. I use the chocolate flavor to make my coconut oil mud.

I believe it's 124g protein for the recipe, so depends on how many you make. Make a dozen and they'll have a little over a gram a piece.
