Um ... well ... this isn't exactly what you asked for, but kinda close. I like these, and eat them often:

Mamagiff's Flax pancake

2 eggs
2T flaxmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix well, let stand about a minute to thicken, and then cook in a 10" pan.

I bought the hot flax cereal from Netrition in the Vanilla Almond flavor and it's really good! Reminds me of good old fashioned oatmeal but much more fiber and the texture isn't as soft. But it's great stuff!

Here are a couple more:

Liz1114's Flax Meal Peanut Butter Hot Cereal

1/4 C flax seed meal
1/2 C boiling water (or cream or half-and-half)
2 T peanut butter
1/4 t cinnamon

Note that a half recipe would be 2 T flax meal, 1/4 C water, and 1 T peanut butter (can be made with sf flavored syrup instead.)

1) Pour boiling water over flax seed meal and stir well.

2) Stir in peanut butter and cinnamon.

3) Let thicken for 1-2 minutes.

Nutritional Analysis: Each recipe has 5 grams of effective carbohydrate plus 10 grams of fiber, 14 grams protein, 29 grams fat, and 351 calories.
Lucky4's Crepes

3 eggs
2 TBL flax meal
2 Tbl half n half
sprinkle of nutmeg (or whatever spice you're in the mood for)
packet of Splenda

Swish small amount of batter around in the bottom of a hot pan. Makes between 4-5, approx. 63-80 calories and .8 carbs each.
None of the recipes are exactly what you requested, but they are as close as I can come. HTH!
