I'm glad you enjoyed them..They are one of my favorite fun recipes..And you can even plop a bit of SF jelly on top of the cream cheese filling, too..or slice a strawberry in the cream cheese part.

We just finished these off for breakfast this morning! YUM. I used almond extract in my "filling" and they were sooooooooooooo good!

I made mine, but I'm thinking they're awfully sweet. I'm not generally a sweet eater. Are they supposed to be really sweet? I cut back the recipe by 2 packets of Splenda, and it's still really sweet.

Did I screw up? Or is it for a strong sweet tooth?

I made a batch of these last fall and my hubby ate the whole batch They really are delicous! I made them with lemon in half and almond in the rest they were soooooooo good.Hubby let me taste some

Were they flat? You have to get the egg whites really stiff..like when you turn the bowl upside down, they don't move..
