Linda Sue's Korean Meatballs

I just made them and she had an apricot dipping sauce that she
served w ith them. I have scoured her site and cannot find this recipe.

If any of you have it I would certainly appreciate having it.

thanks,

This dipping sauce is from Dana's cookbook which is copywrited.
So cannot be published here.

Jenny

Just got you message. Thanks hon for the help.
Gosh make those meatballs. We had it over stir fry and shirataki
noodles with sesame oil. Mighty fine meal.

thanks,
The Korean Meatballs with the dipping sauce sound great for the holidays. I have DC's 500 LC Recipes and the 200 Slow Cooker book but unfortunately the apricot sauce isn't repeated in either of those. I found this recipe on Emeril's site. If LC apricot preserves were subbed, is this similar at all to DC's recipe?

It is very similar, Panda. Here are the ingredients:

mayonnaise
sugar free apricot jam
ginger
garlic
Splenda
soy sauce

Thanks, Linda Sue. I think I'll play with this a little between the two and see how it works.

I mixed cocktail weiners and meatballs with a mixture of 1 c. SF apricot jam and 1 c. SF ketchup (usually use SF grape jam but didn't have any). It was a pretty yummy sweet sour type sauce that everyone enjoyed, but could have used some more pizazz. Good ideas here!
