Almond/Soy milk vs. CC milk?

Is there a difference in recipes if you sub unsweetened almond or soy milk for CC milk? It's less carbs per serving. TIA!

I used some almond breeze with part cream for pudding and the pudding turned out really well. I just used the s/f jello kind.

I'm new at this low carb terminology. Can someone please tell me what "CC milk" is? Or better yet, direct me to maybe a terminology link for this site?

CC stood for Carb Countdown milk.. Then the name changed to Calorie Countdown.. It is made by Hood.. It is low in both calories and carbs... Not all stores sell it but it is still out there!

Here is a link to the terms glossary.. Not all of them are on there..

CC and cream will make yogurt but almond milk won't. (at least not for me!)
In some things I will notice the taste of the almond milk if I use too much.
I have been mixing the 2 together. I also like that almond milk is only 35 or 40 calories a cup!
I have also been using flax milk, 50 cal./cup. It is thinner than almond milk and has a taste similar, in my opinion, to soy milk.
