Question about the Faux Bake mix

Can anyone tell me if you mix up the typical Faux Bake Mix:

BAKE MIX

1 C soy flour
2 C soy protein isolate or wheat protein isolate
2 TBL baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 TBL granular Splenda

but instead of the 1 Cup of Soy Flour you used say like Oat Flour, but kept all the other ingredents the same: Soy Port. Iso., etc... besides having a higher carb count mix (due to the oat flour) would this work? I love Soy, but I have so much Soy Isolate, Oat Flour, Spelt Flour, and VWG Flour just did not want to go out and purchase another type of flour if any of these flours would work. Thoughts, or no go, Thanks in Advance

Bake Mix

Just a suggestion, but why not try Kevin's cake and cookie flour mix?
It can even be used to make bread and it tastes so much better than soy
flour.

Hi Sherrie I think the oat flour will work, I would make a small portion than pancakes or 1 min. muffin to see if it works. FYI walmart carries soy flour for about 2 dollars a box. Good luck

I would make Kevins flour but I would have to order all those types of flours and such, and this girl is NO cook
I think I will make a small amount w/the Oat Flour and maybe a bit of Spelt, Thanks again for your help
