Favorite Deviled Egg Recipe?

Beyond the Mayo + Mustard version, what is your favorite recipe for Deviled Eggs?

Mine is Bacon and Cheese Eggs:

10 boiled eggs

Mix yolks with:
squirt of Dijon Mustard
scoop of mayo
1 tbsp dill relish
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 strips of crisp fried bacon, crumbled
salt/white pepper to taste

I like the idea of adding bacon! Not sure about the relish! But hey, I should try it!

Deviled Eggs??

Yay that sounds good to me. Will try it. Guess you can tell a southern
woman raised me. I can eat bacon on anything.

Thanks for recipe. YUM I hope lots of people add their recipes
to make this an interesting collection.

Barbo - I hope lots more will add their recipes too. I LOVE Deviled Eggs and am going to return to induction for about a week - just kinda going overboard with carb reintroduction, so need to tweak myself. I am hoping for some really new and different ideas to keep it interesting.

Here's a "found" recipe - not mine, but sounds interesting even if it is HOT!
SPICY DEVILLED EGGS

6 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. scallions, minced
1 small jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cilantro (optional)
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Slice each egg in half crosswise. Scrape out yolks saving contents in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard and blend together. Add remaining ingredients to combine.
Spoon approximately 1 tbsp. of the yolk mixture into each egg half. Sprinkle lightly with chili powder and paprika. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

I always put relish in mine. It makes them really tasty. I usually use sweet relish though.

I make them the same way and sometimes I add a couple shakes of cumin too, just to spice things up a little more.

I just discovered horseradish recently. I've never liked deviled eggs until I started adding it.

Wow!

Just had the fire dept. here to put out the fire in my mouth.

Really sounds good for the spice lovers. My husband would adore these.

I make them the standard way but I add sage to mine. Everyone loves them when I make them and I always get asked what I added to them to make them "taste so great."

I make them several ways:

with mayo, mustard, relish;
mayo, dry mustard, djon mustard, curry powder, chives;
mayo, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, parsley, jalapeno mustard.

I made some yesterday with horseradish sauce, dijon and dry mustards, black pepper, pinch of salt, fresh parsley.

I've also made them with deviled ham, mustard and mayo, dill relish and paprika. Anything goes with deviled eggs!

I don't like any texture in the yolks- therefore NO bacon, NO relish, NO ANYTHING
but mayo, yellow mustard, salt, pepper and just a dribble of pickle juice (sweet
for DBF; dill for me). That being said, I saw these today and thought they were
adorable (even in light of the solids on the yolks):
