Found this site while hunting for turnip recipes. Most are low carb and there are a lot of recipes on this site.

The only way I had eaten them was baked with a roast. Tonight I am going to try the cheese and ham with mashed turnips from the above website.

My husband, Mr Picky, even likes turnips, so I have a "GO" here with these recipes.
