Any good recipes using ground chicken?

I have ground chicken that I want to use for tomorrow nights dinner, but I have no idea what to make.

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any ideas as I'm not a huge chicken eater, but wanted to throw some kind of answer out there for you.

Maybe try asking in the Recipe Help forum? Or doing a search in the recipe room? HTH!

I just tried Rachel Rae's Spanikopita Meatballs. They were mentioned on this board. I loved them. My husband, not a feta cheese fan, did not care for them.

Anything you can do with ground beef, you can do with ground chicken or ground turkey. Hope this helps!

Just remember how lean the stuff is, add some more moisture/fat to compensate.

I like meatballs, meat loaf, meat sauce, burgers, "taco" filling, etc.
