Psyllium Husk Recipes?
I am looking for any recipes from this creative crowd , that uses psyllium husks as an ingredient - gravies, shakes, baked goods, etc.
I saw a cracker recipe pop-up a few times on a broader internet search that looked interesting & am wondering if it is being used in some other ways. Looking forward to your responses!

If you can handle 23g(!) of fiber at one sitting:
3 Tablespoons flax seed, ground
1 Tablespoon psyllium husk powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar-free syrup, vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Stir all ingredients until combined.
Add water (or additional vanilla syrup) if batter is too thick.
Heat skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray, and add batter.
Cook until bubbly on top, turn.
Continue cooking until browned on other side.
