I found this recipe on the WWW. I don't know if it's soup, but it sure sounds good!

Cheesy Burger (Low Carb) Recipe

5 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
2 pounds ground beef
1/2-3/4 cup Ragu Cheese Creations Double Cheddar Cheese Sauce (2g carb for every 1/2 cup)

I fry the hamburger crumbled up like for tacos and season with salt and pepper. All you do then is mix the whole thing together and eat. I think it tastes like a giant cheese burger.

(as I run back from the pantry)...Would you believe I have some Cheesy Ragu Double Cheddar in my pantry!! It's been there for a couple of months and I have been on the verge of getting rid of it several times!!! Oh, tomorrow is going to be a good day!! (I'm trying that recipe for lunch!)

Let us know how it is! I think I'm going to have to hunt down some of that cheese sauce too. It sounds like a recipe that I could devour!

Also, we may want to move this recipe over to the Recipe Room to share with everyone.

Have a good night.

Here is the cheeseburger soup recipe.....

* 1 T oil
* 1 t garlic, minced
* 1/2 green pepper chopped
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 stalk celery, sliced
* 8-12 oz ground beef
* 1 beef bouillon cube or packet
* 2 cups of heavy cream
* 4-6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
* 2 or 3 slices of bacon - crumbled

Heat oil in a soup pot. Sauté garlic, onion, celery and green pepper until tender. Add the meat and brown, drain. Mix in the beef bouillon. Slowly
add the cream, stirring constantly, but do not let it boil ( the cream will curdle if allowed to boil.) Add the cheese. Stir until melted and serve with crumbled bacon on top.
