Made these last night and they were fantastic. Definitely one of my keeper/redo recipes. My DW (who's not LC) loved them too. Next time I'm going to add spinach to the cheese mixture.

Made these last night but substituted Boar's Head Low Sodium Ham for the Steak-umms. Could not find steak-umms in any grocery store near my house (Fry's, Albertson's).

Wow!... it was so good. My entire family ate with me... 5 yr old, 9 yr old, and DW!

Got a little creative on one pan because I ran out of mozzarella so I used some parmesan and put some pepperoni on top.

I hastily through together the sauce with a can of tomato sauce, Italian seasonings, minced garlic, and garlic salt. It got a little watery during baking. I don't have any experience baking with home-made sauce so I'll next time I'll look into using tomato paste in the mix.
