Can someone help me with totals on Linda's Split pea soup variation
Hi, I am so sorry for having to be needy, but I simply can't afford the mastercook software just yet. Can someone help me with the nutrition totals for the variation on Linda's split pea soup. I want to try it so badly. I tried to plug the recipe into ****** but they didn't have a chicken bouillon granules and I don't think the totals came out right. Anyway, here is my variation.
1 regular size smoked ham hock with bone in (not sure the weight probably a quarter cup after being deboned?)
2 cups chicken stock ( grocery store brand in the carton)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
8 ounces frozen cauliflower
8 ounces frozen green beans
I am not sure how much this would make, but I think it would probably make 4 cups?
If anyone could help me out that has a recipe program, I sure would appreciate it with all my heart.
I think you'll end up with closer to 5-6 cups of soup or about four servings.
Per Batch: 269 Calories; 6g Fat; 24g Protein; 25g Carbohydrate; 11g Dietary Fiber; 14g Net Carbs
Per 1/4 Recipe: 67 Calories; 2g Fat; 6g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

Oh and I found the mastercook software cheap on the famous auction site for less than $10. Is the mastercook 7.0 still a good version or should I go with the newly released 9.0?
