Banana nut muffins

Can I share these here? I am so impressed with how they turned out! I am trying to get an idea on the carb count but I am not all that great with ******. If anybody wants to check out my ****** for this and see if it looks right, the link to it is here:
http://www.******.com/WebFit/DayFoodsTab.asp

So here is the recipe the way I adapted it

Cream Cheese-Banana-Nut Bread
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Splenda
10 drops liquid Stevia
2 large eggs
3 cups Almond meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (1 1/4 pounds unpeeled bananas, about 4 medium)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Spoon batter into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
These are soo tasty! Seems sinful!

I don't know where to find your ****** entry but this is what I got with MasterCook:

Per muffin: 190 Calories; 17g Fat; 5g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 1.5g Dietary Fiber; 5.5g Net Carbs

If you use liquid Splenda you will shave off a carb per muffin:

Per muffin: 186 Calories; 17g Fat; 5g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 1.5g Dietary Fiber; 4.5g Net Carbs

Thanks LindaSue. I was close LOL.
However, definitely a portion control issue with these. And they actually were pretty sweet for my tastes. Funny how that has changed ;-)

I love banana muffins. If you subbed banana extract, you would save a bunch of carbs. Do you think they would still taste good?

I was thinking that too! I could have sworn I had Banana extract, but I looked, and I didn't

I have a question about the liquid Splenda. Does it have less of a "bitter" aftertaste to it?
And where do you find it? I have never seen it anywhere!
