GO BEARS! Need football party snack ideas!

For all you Chicago Fans out there! And of course any other football fans! What's your favorite LC food to have when your hosting a party for the Big Game? I'm thinking chicken strips (w/out the skin) with some Louisiana Hot Sauce and Ranch dip. Are breaded cheese sticks loaded with carbs? Any other ideas are welcome since the Super Bowl is right around the corner

Just had to add my two cents worth!!

And yeah, I believe cheese sticks, especially breaded ones, are loaded with carbs!

My dh loves the bears and he was on the edge of his seat in the 4th quarter. I am so glad they won or it would be doom and gloom in this household. If i was serving food i would of made spinach dip and chicken wings in hotsauce and butter and made some type of cheeseball and for something sweet maybe l/c cheesecake and l/c snickerdoodle cookies. oh nuts are good.

You could make low carb cheestix ala Emeril by using low carb bread crumbs mixed with parmesan for the breading and dip them in some almond flour, then a mix of egg (beaten) and cream and then in the bread crumbs/parmesan combo and then deep fry. Use more bread crumbs than parmesan. Have fun!! Oh forgot to say, use a hard cheese like mozzarella=less melting.
