What to use Designer Whey Protein Powder with?

I'm thinking of ordering the Designer Whey Protein Powder from Netrition (just to be able to make the Chocolate Chip cookies I read about on another thread). But at $15.95 a pop I'd really like to be able to make other use of it.

Anyone have any suggestions/recipes?

What do you put in the shakes? Also do you know how many carbs/calories?

I use it in alot of things. I made flaxbread with it, smoothies, add it to oatmeal (give it to the kids too)

There is a "pancake" recipe using it too. I am not sure of the measurements but it's cream, eggs, whey protein and carbalose flour I think. I use oat flour for mine.

I add a tablespoon to the Mock Danish and it gives it a better texture IMO. I also make shakes with it and use the vanilla flavor in a bake mix. It's a great thing to have on hand.

I make a few different ones but my favorites are (measurements are appr)

1/4 cup h & H or cream
shredded coconut (appr 1/4 cup)
fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, mixed berries etc)
1 scoop of Designer Whey Protein Powder (usually vanilla)
DaVinci SF syrup to taste (blackberry, strawberry or vanilly)
ice and water to blend

1/4 cup h & h or cream
1/2 pkg Big Train Mocha Mix or 1 T cocoa
1 scoop chocolate Designer Whey Protein Powder
shredded coconut
DaVinci SF chocolate syrup to taste
ice and water to blend

These are so good and satisfy me for at least 3-4 hours. I like to experiment and see what I can come up with.

I really dont know the carb/calorie count since I dont count anything. Sorry.
