I used the recipe that this link goes to...but made a different filling using shrimp, cabbage, water chestnuts, soy sauce and fresh ginger. They taste good, but the tricky part is the wraps.

Crunchy, delicious EGG ROLLS!!!

Although egg roll dipping sauce happens to be 'sweet' and 'sour' it's definitely a very different animal than 'sweet and sour sauce.' Sweet and sour sauce is pineapple flavored, egg roll dipping sauce (called 'duck sauce') is apricot/peach based. Apricots get into a tricky area because of their high carb count. In order to make a good lc duck sauce, you'll need a decent form of apricot flavoring. Polaner sf apricot jam is really nasty. I haven't tried smuckers sf apricot due to the presence of nutrasweet. I might give it shot, though. Peach flavored davinci's might be be useful component.
