I finally found Shirataki noodles but r/o

need a recommendation for the lowest carb pasta sauce. Any other ideas on what to do with the noodles greatly appreciated

I made a no bean chili and putt it on top of the noodles with cheeder melted on top. Yum.

also good with a stirfry.

I get the authentic asian ones
and love them fried in garlic &olive oil topped with piccorino romano grated cheese

I love making chicken alfredo with those noodles. I cut up a chicken breast and throw it on top of the noddles in a bowl. Then I add 1/4 cup of alfredo sauce and mix it all up. Yum!
The best part about them, besides really filling me up, is they seem to give me a woosh the next day - since they are pure soluble fiber, there's nothing to them. Let's just say, they make you regular (but not an uncomortable kind of regular, if you know what I mean!).

carb options has a three cheese and an alfredo that are really good.

But i just take tons of kraft singles and melt em and make a cheese sauce that is soooo good!

Just compare the labels at you grocery store. I found a store brand one had the lowest, and it was the one I had previosuly used anyways - Fire Roasted Tomato. If you use them for spagetti, cook the sauce and noodles in a frypan until heated-it helps the noodles absorb the liquid in the sauce and stops a watery mess on your plate. Best is to combine the noodles into a stirfry with veggies and meat-I find if I don't, I'm starving an hour later. And chew well.....

I just found a no carb alfredo pasta yesterday at the store. I can't remember the brand on it but it was $3.89 a jar. Will try it out tonight over some Dreamfields spaghetti and grilled chicken.
