I need chocolate!!!
I have a sweet tooth today sooooo bad and my husband's Ring Dings have been calling my name all day long. I have resisted the urge to eat a package (and it wasn't easy) but the day isn't over yet. Is there anything nice and chocolatey I can have? Any recipes? Any suggestions?

These are easy - an oldie but a goodie. Best if you have Dutch-process cocoa as the regular cocoa can make them a bit bitter.

These are bittersweet. Some people like to cut the cocoa back to 2 Tablespoons and add 1 more Tblsp of peanut butter

OR..for a nice quick chocolate "rush"..I love to make hot chocolate:
Use the SF mix..top with whipped cream..OR
Make your own: 3/4 cup water
2 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs. splenda (give or take)
Heat this in a saucepan..then when it's all smooth and warm, add some CC milk or
some half and half...to make it creamy. Top with whipping cream...It's liquid heaven...
