LowCarb recipe in an Israeli newspaper

Of course, it was in the section of "fast cooked" because there are almost no approvers of low carb eating in Israel. I know there are some followers, even some doing kosher lowcarb, which is a real challenge, but we are pretty much living underground. But it's fine with me.
So I found this recipe and I decided to share it here. I apologize if the translation will sound ackward.

Cauliflower and broccoli florets with nuts:
Half cauliflower
1 small broccoli
1 tbs oil
Half cup pecan nuts, roughly cut
Quarter red hot pepper or 1 tsp ground chilli
4 tbs sweet cream (suiting for cooking)
Salt, pepper
To garnish,
1 red pepper, cut to small cubes

1. Cut the cauliflower and the broccoli to "flowers".
2. Heat the oil and saute the veggies on high heat one minute while mixing. Cover the pot, simmer the heat and cook 5 more minutes, while mixing some times.
Add nuts, hot pepper, salt and pepper.
Cook till the flowers get softer, add the cream and cook 2-3 more minutes.
Throw the sweet pepper on top and serve.

Good tip...I might nuke the veggies a couple minutes b4 sauteeing them. I don't like my veggies al dente.
