How long should I cook my quiche?

This is my first try at winging a quiche without a recipe. I put in a little sauteed onions, ham, and spinach, about 3-4 ounces of cheese, spices, and 9 eggs. I put it in the oven at 325 degrees. Does anyone know about how long it will take to cook? Thanks!

I bake mine at 350║ for 35-40 minutes depending on how much liquid and other filling ingredients I put in.

Thanks Linda Sue. I ended up cooking it at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, and it was a little too dry. I did not add any cream, either, so maybe that was it. But DH liked it, and I had some again this morning, so there is only one piece left to worry about. This morning I just put a little butter on top when I warmed it, which helped to moisten it a little. Next time I should use a recipe, lol!

I found that for me, quiche is better made in a cake pan than a pie pan. I put it in water like a custard pie. Cover the bottom of the pan with veggies, sprinkle some cheese, pour the eggs (or egg mixture) over the top. Cook at 375 or 400 for about 10 minutes, then drop to 325 or 350 and cook until a knife comes out clean.
But I'm a lousy cook and don't remember if this recipe worked or failed. It's been a while since I made quiche :-)
