Wine2 - do they have low-carb recipes on that almond site? I couldn't find any. Lots of good info on almonds though. Gotta love 'em!

On their website the recipes are written low carb, but whenever I see "sugar" my mind already starts replacing with Splenda and my malitol blends I toss together. Then if it calls for flour, I think Carquik, as long as the flour is not over 1 cup, as I don't like to use a lot of CQ in one single recipe (unless I'm doubling the recipe). I really love mixing CQ with almond flour though the best.

Thanks for these links. I bookmarked Fabulous Foods. I, too, am a recipe junkie.

Did you people notice something about the fabulous foods website? One gets lots of pop-ups. Other than that - great site!

I love the Fabulous Foods site and April Fields who wrote the low-carb dessert cookbook 101 Low-Carb and Sugar-Free Dessert Recipes writes some great articles for that magazine and also has lots of her great recipes there too. Just do a search for her name. Her articles are so interesting and written so professionally. She is a great writer.
