Yorkshire Pudding

Hey all, I ckd the recipe site and dont see a recipe for yorkshire pudding, there is a recipe under another low carb site that calls for 1 cup of almond flour, dont have any and was wondering if possibly Carbquick could be used in place of the almond flour?
I miss these, my mum used to make these for us as kids and I would really like to have them once in a 1/2 moon
Thanks all

Here's the recipe from Veronica Atkins' cookbook. I've made it with soy protein isolate and it tasted great but Carbquik would probably be even better.

1/4 cup soy flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup seltzer
2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Generously butter four 5-oz ramekins. Beat together flour, cream, seltzer and eggs in a bowl with an electric mixer. Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.

5.4 carbs per serving

Do you think you could use this recipe with flaxseed meal?

I just bought some and haven't a clue what to do with it. But I would love to do a roast and pudding over the weekend.
