need recipe for baked donuts PLEASE!!!
The kids want donuts for breakfast tomorrow and I can't find my Flax-seed meal donut recipe. You know the one where you bake it in the little donut baking pan?
I've searched but can't find it.
My children thank you!

Don't have the one you're looking for, would love it if you find it, but here is one you fry and I have baked it instead and it comes out good.
I tripled the recipe for the baked donuts. Plus you can use flaxmeal in along with the bake mix/carbquik. I don't use the stevia in mine, but still comes out sweet, just up the splenda.
These are from Raul on the boards.
Doughnut Holes (low carb)
3 Tablespoons Carbsense or Atkins Bake Mix
1 Packet Splenda*
1/8 Teaspoon Stevia
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Large Egg White, beaten
3 Tablespoons water
Beat egg white until frothy with 1 Packet Splenda & 3 Tablespoons water. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and combine well.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil of choice until crispy & golden brown. Sprinkle with 1 more packet of Splenda (Optional).
*If you don't have Stevia, you could just use about 1 Tablespoon of Granular Splenda total (replacing the packet of Splenda and the Stevia).
Serves 1, so you may want to double.

These would be great baked in the mini donut pan...
Description: Taste like homemade donuts!
Ingredients: 1 egg
1/3 canola oil
1/2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Carbquik
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Equal mixture of cinnamon and splenda for the tops.
How To Prepare:
Beat egg, oil and cream together. Mix in dry ingredients. Put in greased muffin tins and put a dab of butter on each muffin. Sprinkle the cin/splenda blend over tops.
Bake 400 for about 20 minutes.
Number of Servings: 10-12
