waffle sticks maker

Does anybody have any good recipes for the waffle stick maker that Santa brought? Or should I just take it back? Thanks

I made waffles from a recipe I found on the site somewhere. At least I think it was here. It sounds strange cause it has cheese in it, but they tasted delicious!! My family loved them!

Here's the recipe:

1-8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3 eggs
2 pkt splenda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 c. vital wheat gluten
1 t. vinegar
1/4 c. cream
1 c. mozarella cheese

Put everything in the food processor and process until smooth. Open processor and scrape down sides with a spatula and process for another 30-60 seconds. The batter will be VERY thinck. DO NOT thin down. Place a heaping tablespoon of batter in the waffle iron and cook as you would regular waffles.

I think the carb count was 25-30 for the whole recipe if I remember right.

I do believe that is BettyR's Amazing Waffle recipe and I'll vouch for them!

I think the are the BEST waffles I ever ate, low-carb or not.

Try it, you'll like it!
