Could somebody help me to make this recipe lc.
8 oz cream cheese
1 t vanilla
2 cups flour
Basicly you mix together, form balls,cool for an hour,roll the balls into a circle,cut circle into wedges,put filling,roll again.I have problem with soy flour.Carbquick does not roll.Any ideas?
I dont' bake that often, especially sweets, but I would sub almond meal/flour for the flour. and then just splenda for the sugar and sf vanilla or davinci vanilla. Let us know how it works, I love rughelach, although I've only actually made them one time :)
