Soy Flour?

I have been looking for almond flour at my local stores, and well, no luck so far. I think the nearby super walmart has it, but it's out of my budget for now. I did find soy flour at the store last night, and it wasn't too badly priced. My question is, what is it used for? lol I know I sound like an idiot, but all I've ever noticed anyone mentioning was atkins bakemix, almond flour, etc. Can I sub it for these things?

I had a hard time finding the almond flour also. I lucked up and found it this morning at Kroger's for 5.99. I noticed people are using both products for baking breads and etc.

Soy flour

I use soy flour in place of normal flour in a lot recipes. One of my favorite recipes is for Chicken Marsala which uses the soy flour:

Also, I don't know if you have these stores or not, but I have found Almond Flour at Central Market.

Thanks so much for the info.

The ONLY store we have here, is an IGA, a SMALL iga lol. Walmart is about 15 miles away in another town. I was in heaven the day our store got blue bunny lc icecream. It only lasted in the store for a week, and they never restocked lol.

That chicken sounds so good. I might have to spring it on my family and suprise them lol.
