induction friendly shakes

Does anyone have any recipes for INDUCTION FRIENDLY shakes or smoothies? I'M CRAVING ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could be wrong but I don't think there's any such thing as an induction friendly shake. You could check out the recipe room here and you might find something but I think those are for OWL or the maintenance stages.

Supposedly Atkins States that their shakes are OK for induction but many will tell you that you should not drink any shakes, eat any bars, or eat any LC versions of "normal" foods until after induction period. I personally had one or two shakes during induction and it did not hurt me...but as I said, for some it does pose a problem.

I had a few Atkins and EAS shakes during Induction. Maybe a couple a week. To really stretch it out, put the vanilla in the blender with a few cubes of ice and Davinci Vanilla Syrup to make it slushy. For chocolate, add the Davinci or Atkins Chocolate Syrup, ice, and decaf instant coffee for a cappucinno. Again, I am not saying they are OK; YMMV. They never hurt me or slowed me down that I could tell.
