great cod recipe

I just made this recipe and have to tell yah..its so good i had to get a spoon to drink some of the juice. sounds gross...fish juice, but this recipe is so good!!!
2 lbs cod < i buy the 2 long loins in a package at the store>
1c sour cream
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c fresh chopped dill
1 t lemon juice
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease shallow baking dish. Place fish in single layer in dish. <i cut each long loin into 3 pcs..so i get a total of 6 pcs of fish from the package.>
In a bowl stir and blend well the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dill and salt and pepper.
Evenly spread mixture over fish.Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20-40 minutes depending on oven...until fish just begins to flake when touched with a fork.
I made this last week for the first time and didn't think it would be that great, but it really is tasty.

Made half of this recipe last night and it was DELISH! Thanks
I don't like to use the oven in warm weather so wonder if the fish would cook through on top of the stove on low, covered, without turning? I make many other oven dishes this way, making it simple for one or two. May try it next time.
