Request for Purple Crayon

Could you please post your recipe for the King Ranch Chicken ala low carb. I love the original version and would love to make it low carb. Thanks.

My newest favorite is Linda Sue's Favorite Cole Slaw (just whipped some up tonight).

I also love Faux Potato Salad, Mini Cheesecakes (made in muffin tins) and Linda Sue's Raspberry Crumb Cake.

I do not have the money to buy all the fancy ingredients for so many LC goodies so I tend to stick to recipes that use regular items and Splenda for the sweetener. Linda Sue's website is perfect for me.

Every time someone claims they can't follow LC because of all the specialty ingredients, my simple reply is "google Linda Sue's recipes" and then I

My Latest Addiction - Cheese Slaw

This is so yummy! Makes a great appetizer with pork rinds!

3-6oz bags of shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup chopped banana peppers (I use the MILD)
1/4 cup diced green onion
2 - 3 cups Mayo

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add enough Mayo to make moist and into a Dip. Enjoy!

My current faves are zoodles (with homemade cheese sauce) and spinach chips!

Last week my faves were fauxtato salad and CarolynF's flourless chocolate cake.

I really do like the OMM (made with almond meal) but I always stall when I eat one. =/

Wow. Can't believe I read through 5 pages and nobody has mention Linda's soup. It's my most common dinner.

CREAMY SOUTHWESTERN TACO SOUP - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

Second is ribs and sauerkraut.

And my new one has been recently posted. Cheesesteak Manicotti. So freaking easy and delicious>
